Healthy banana pancakes



What a better time to eat than autumn, and especially warm breakfast on a cold, cold mornings.
Today I want to share with you all a recipe for a super healthy, super natural and super easy, banana pancakes and all you will need to make them are 2 ingredients.

Ingredient list : 
- 1 ripe banana
-1 egg

Optional :
Cinnamon (Topping or to add to the batter)
- Other fruits (Topping)
- Yogurt (Topping)
- Peanut butter (Topping)
- Jam (Topping)


1. Mash the banana, so there is no lumps. You can do it by hand in a bowl and just mash the banans with a fork, or you can just put in a blender.
2.Add the egg, and mix it until it becomes the with the banana.
3. This step is  completely optional, but if you want you can add some cinnamon in :)




4. Spray your pan with butter or really anything you want that will prevent the pancakes from sticking.
5 Set your heat to low-medium.
6. scoop some of the batter, plop it on the pan, wait about 20-30 seconds, or wait until there are bubbles forming on the top of the pancakes, then flip them over.


Take them off the pan and ..
DONE !!
Now add some toppings if you want to, but I promise these pancakes are AMAZING without anything added on top .

  1. These have to be the easiest pancakes ever! No faffing about with flour & milk, and I guess just enough per banana for a filling breakfast. I'm definitely going to be trying these pancakes, thank you for sharing the recipe :-)
