Hey Guys, as you know the exam season is coming really soon, like it is just around the corner. I and probably alot of you are in the run revising for you GCSE's/A-levels/AS exams, presonaly im doing my GCSE's i had done 3 or so exams one worth 15 %in my french ,one worth 25 % in my polish and one in llw worth like something rediculous like 13%, last week thankfully i didnt had any exams but from this week the nightmare is starting first with english then biology, than french.... again ... and then theres is couple more but right now i focusing on these 3. with the years of experience in doing exams and all i have noticed one thing (and im sure same did you) , you just cant be like here's a book, read it and learn everything... nooo!! oue brains just dont work like that, personally i would love  to revise if this was the case !!! , unfortunaetlly it not, thats why i want to share some of my revision tips and trick for a effective revision. But before i start i want to say that we are all different type of learners so what works for me might not always work for you.


1. Get organised
Make yourself a revision time table,this way you will have an idea of how much of each subject you have done etc. also get your folders organised and make sure you have all the important notes in one place so you wont waste time looking for pages.

2. eliminate any distrations
if this means giving up your phone and/or laptop do it!! put in a cupboars in a closet or so,and if this doesn't work give to you parents or something so they could hide it until you have done you revision. i noticed that phone is not a distratction for me but my laptop is .... mostly youtube.... but when that happens i put it away and try not to think about it, except for computer i have noticed that noise makes me so distracted, and this could be your case too escpecially if you live in a loud house hold and if  you live near the road .... or something, for this case I found the solution of going to library where people just have to be quiet, hahaha :D

3.find the best time
some people learn better and are more productive during the morning but others, includign me, work , better in the evening. i know that somedays i just dont have time to revise and this could be you too, you might have sport/art club and so on, on those days you dont havea to revise because you revised the day before and you will revise the next day. simple right ?

4.take a break
this is so important!! after a while you brain just breaks and doesnt soak up the knowledge anymore, so what i do is i revise for and hour and i take a 10 min break, and after i get to about 6/7 pm i take a break to exercise.

5.notes
face it rewriting all of your textbook wont help you revise, and i was fooled for a long time that this is the case. Yes rewrite main notes from your textbook, but not all of it, Make notes colourful especially if you are a visual learner, but again dont highlight all of the text cause then your brain doesnt focuses on the man thing but on everything.Use sticky notesr post it notes and write out some quick facts and stick them arounf your room e.g. above you bed, beside your mirror, on you closet ,maybe even in the bathroom, revising while in the bath or sitting on the loo... why not ,hahaha, the list goes on and on,

6.Get to work
do questions !! i know that my text books have qeustion sections where you can test you knowledge and if it is possible ask your teacher for past papers this was so helpful for my llw exam, to be honest they csan repeat questions from couple of years age and thats what happend during my LLW they asked us questions that they we have already seen oing the past papers.





Hey wzystkim jak wiecie sezon egzaminów sie zbliża dużymi krokami albo już sie zaczął. I pewnie dużo z was teraz siedzi z nosem w książkach , tak jak ja. Na szczęście w zeszłym tygodniu nie miałam żadnych egzaminów,JUPI!!!, ale od tego tygodnia koszmar sie zaczyna, BUUU!! pierwszy angielski, potem biologia i francuski, a dalej jeszcze inne przedmioty ale na teraz skupiam sie na tych trzech. A i jeszcze mam już za sobą chyba ze 3 przedmioty .... fiuuu..
Przez długie lata odkąd jestem w szkole zauwarzyłam jedna rzecz... ok może nie jedna, ale dzisiaj chce sie skupić na jednej.... po prostu nie zapamietasz sie czegoś jeśli dostaniesz książkę i  bedziesz czytać .. po prostu nasze mózgi tak nie działają, wiec dlatego chce sie z wami podzielic paroma wskazówkami jak efektywniej sie uczyć... p.s. pamietacie ze każdy uczy sie inaczej wiec jeśli coś działa na mnie to nie znaczy ze podziała na ciebie :)

1.Organizacje
Zrób sobie grafik na którym bedzie napisane jaki przedmiot i ile na nim spedzisz czasu, w ten sposób bedziesz wiedzieć czy zrobiałaś dość duzo nauki tego przedmiotu. Zorganizuj swój folder albo książkę żebyś miała wszystkie ważne kartki itd. wtedy nie spedzisz całego czasu który masz na szukaniu  :)

2.wyklucz wszystkie dystrakcje
Jeśli ma to znaczyć pozbyć sie laptopa telefonu czy tablet zrób to, ja  na przykład gdy nie moge sie skoncentrować oddaje laptopa i telefon mojemu tacie żeby gdzieś je schował. ja osobiście zauważyłam ze telefon nie jest dla nie problemem.. ale laptop to już inna historia.. najbardziej youtube.. z wyjatkiem laptopa zauważyłam ze hałas mnie strasznie dekoncentruje, szczególnie jeśli mieszkasz przy ulicy albo mieszkasz w ogólnie hałaśliwym domu, tak jest w moim przypadku , znalazłam na to rozwiązanie .. zadnym Einsteinem nie jestem, wiec po prost iść do biblioteki no bądźmy szczerzy ludzie musza być cicho :D
3. znajdz swój czas
Każda osoba ma czas dnia kiedy jest najbardziej produktywna dla mnie jest to zwykle rano albo wieczór, najbardziej leniwy czas dla mnie jest to pomiędzy 12 a 5 popołudniu .. nie wiem czemu ale za żadne skarby nie mi chce cokolwiek robić, wiec znajdźcie ten swój idealny czas. jest też sprawa dodatkowych zajęć jak na przykład sporty czy coś w tym stylu i w te dni po prostu nie masz czasu na nauke i to jest totalnie zrozumiale wiec w te dni nie musisz sie uczyć bo uczyłaś sie wczoraj i pewnie będziesz sie uczyć jutro :) Jasne, co nie ?
4. przerwa
Jak myślisz dlaczego w szkole dostajesz przerwy ?.. dlatego ze nasz mozg wysiądzie wiec potrzebuje przerwy żeby zregenerować siły. co ja robie to ucze sie około godziny, biore 10 min przerwy i tak w kółko, a około 6/7 robie sobie godzine przerwy na ćwiczenia.
5.notatki
Przepisywanie całego podręcznika nie pomorze ci sie nauczyć bo to by było za dużo informacji, a głupia ja robiłam tak  przez dluuugi czas i wierzyłam ze to pomaga. Tak pisanie sobie głównych informacji pomaga ale nie całą książkę!! Stwórz swoje notatki kolorowe zwłaszcza jeśli jesteś wzrokowcem, i znowu nie koloruj całego zdania tylko słowa klucz. Użyj kartek samo przylepnych, nie wiem jak sie nazywją w polsce ale ja je nazywam post it note, napisz na nich ważne Informacje przyklej w dobrze widocznym miejscu, ja naprzyklad przyklejam je nad lozkiem w ten sposib przed snem powiedzmy odświeżam to co wcześniej sie uczyłam.

6.zadania
Nie wiem jak w polsce ale tutaj w UK nauczyciele rozdają próbne pytania albo stare egzaminy żebyśmy mieli pojecie jak taki egzamin będzie wyglądał i jakie pytania mogą być zadane. Ja zwykle pytam sie moich nauczycieli o jak najwiecej takich po są bardzo dobra próbą przed prawdziwym egzaminem i tez w ten sposób mogę tez zobaczyć jak mało lub dużo wiem.
