I'm proud to say that I've hit off February like a rocket. I went beast mode, is it school, fitness or clean eating wise. I just want to say that I'm not bragging here or anything like that, I just want to tell you this so maybe it would give you a little motivation.
OK so moving on I want to talk about January.
First of all I wasn't on a New Year, New Me hype during January, as I said in my previous post I'm actually quite happy with who I am and how I look and how I live my life, but during middle of January I realized that there are little things that I could change in the way I live, it was food wise, I had realized that after Christmas and after I came back from Poland I started to fall back on bad eating habits, what I mean by that is that I stared to nibble on chocolates here and there, and don't get me wrong, it's ok to have chocolate once in a while but not everyday like I did during the end of December and the beginning of January so that was something that I decided to change in February. One thing that I done during the rest of January was that I slowly started to cut back on my sugar intake and I was testing out even more healthy recipes and most of all I went hardcore with my workouts. I mean hardcore. I was exercising for minimum an hour a day 6 times a week for the whole January, I done that so during February I could go even harder. And you know what I did. I know that it's only the middle of the month but I have a feeling that it's gonna go well :)
